At Italy’s most beautiful coast
Villa Sorriso is located at the tuscan coast between Livorno and Cecina. It’s one of Italy’s most beautiful coastlines with stunning views from land and from the sea.
The surrounding airports are Pisa (PSA, approx. 45 km away) and Florence (FLR, approx. 110 km away). From both airports you can easily take the train via Pisa to Castiglioncello.
An endless view over the sea
The view from the house is truly breathtaking. It feels like a bird’s eye view of an endless blue horizon where the sky meets the sea. At sunset the sky displays an amazing play of colours.
In front of the house is a wide open space with two large outdoor tables in the semi-shade of old pine trees. It’s a peaceful place to relax outside and a beautiful stage for your lunches, dinners and aperitivos.
A beautiful, modern interior
The house has been thoroughly renovated in 2021. It offers a light, open and modern interior in a contemporary style with pastel colours that reflect the mediterranean light. Modern furniture alternates with antique pieces.
The house is a welcoming, comfortable and cosy. An advanced Wifi setup grants internet access in every room and on the terrace.
8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms
There are 4 double bedrooms and 4 single bedrooms. The double bedrooms are on the 1st and snd floor and have an incredible view over the sea and three of them have balconies. The single rooms are on the 3rd floor under the roof. They are modern, cosy with good Wifi.
Each room has its own bathroom with toilet, washtub and a shower. All bedrooms, bathrooms, appliances and the beds are new (built/bought in 2021).

A kitchen to live in
At the center of a relaxing time is good food. Our kitchen is an inviting space to cook, eat, have a coffe and a chat. The living room with a large wooden dining table is next door – but most of the time you will probably be eating outside.
Surrounded by nature
The house stands on its own plot of ground, gated by two magnificent old gates. You are in your own little paradise. The garden expands uphill behind the house where two paths lead to the pool.
There are dozens of trees plants, flowers and cacti. You can also find herbs like rosemary, thyme, sage and basil for the kitchen.
Yoga with a view
Next to the house is a newly built wooden platform that is an ideal place for yoga and meditation. Yoga mats are in the house.
You can also just relax in the hammock, read a book or listen to the wind, the birds and the trees.
Your own private pool
Behind the house, in the garden, protected from sight, is a big swimming pool. A morning swim, a refreshing splash in the afternoon or a nice drink at the pool at sunset. This is the place for all of that.
